PROMOTION SPECIFIC TERMS – “APRIL 25 MEGA DRAW (D1)”

1. About us 

1. • The promoter is Kytty Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales with registered number 16147394 and registered office at Cambridge House, 16 High Street, Saffron Walden, Essex, CB10 1AX (KYTTY, we, us, our).
2. • Before an individual enters a prize draw promoted by KYTTY, they can find everything that they need to know about us and our prize draws on our website https: (Website) and the KYTTY app (once this is available to download) (App) (the Website and the App are together referred to as the Platforms) or by contacting our team by email: ask@.

1. Promotion Specific Terms 

1. • Terms which have been defined by KYTTY in the Prize Draw Terms are used in these terms.
2. • These terms apply to the “April 25 Mega Draw (D1)” (Mega Draw) and any Bonus Draws and/or Exclusive Subscriber Draws which may take place during the Promotion Period which runs from 10 March 2025 up to and including the draw date for the Mega Draw, 8 May 2025.
3. • These terms are supplemental to the main Prize Draw Terms and any Bonus Announcements with are made, each of which include details about all aspects of the draws, including eligibility, selection of winners and prizes.
4. • Please read the Prize Draw Terms and any Bonus Announcements carefully to ensure that you understand the terms which apply to any entry that you make.
5. • Each Prize Draw held during this Promotion Period may have different Opening Dates and Closing Dates, which are identified in section 5 below or will be included in the relevant Bonus Announcement.
6. • To ensure fairness, the Closing Date for postal entries will be later than the Closing Date for entries made via the Platforms or for Subscribers. Please make a careful note of the Closing Dates which are identified in section 5 below or will be included in the relevant Bonus Announcement.

1. Prize Draws

During this Promotion Period, the Prize Draws include:

Mega Draw:

• A single prize draw which takes place at the end of this Promotion Period, with one winner.
• A mixed cash and lifestyle prize is projected to be won. Full details of the prize package available is set out in section 6
• Details of how to enter and the Opening Date and Closing Date are set out in section 5

Bonus Draws:

Bonus Draws: 14, 17, 18, 19 & 20 March

• 5 bonus prize draws are planned to take place during this Promotion Period, each with one winner.
• Details of the prize available for each Bonus Draw are set out in section 6
• Details of the Opening Date and Closing Date of each Bonus Draw are set out in section 5

Other Bonus Draws

There may be additional Bonus Draws during this Promotion Period, details of which shall be provided in any Bonus Announcement. The prizes which may be available are not guaranteed to be the same for each Bonus Draw.

Exclusive Subscriber Draw:

There may be Exclusive Subscriber Draws during this Promotion Period, details of which shall be provided in any Bonus Announcement.

4. Eligibility 

4. • Automatic entry into any Exclusive Subscriber Draws which are announced during this Promotion Period, will only be open to Subscribers who have purchased the £25 per month or £50 per month subscription tier.
5. • There are no other additional eligibility requirements in relation to this Promotion Period.
6. • Please read the Prize Draw Terms and any Bonus Announcements carefully to ensure that you understand any other eligibility requirements which apply.

4. How to Participate

• All entries must be received by no later than the Closing Date for the relevant Prize Draw. All eligible entries which are received on or before the Closing Date will be entered into the relevant Prize Draw. All entries received after that Closing Date are automatically disqualified.

6. The prizes 

• • Details of the nature and number of prizes available to be won for each Prize Draw during this Promotion Period can be found here and are more particularly described in this section 6 or as otherwise included in a Bonus Announcement.

• • The Mega Draw projected prize set out at (a) to (d) below (Projected Prize) contains estimated prize values reviewed on the day before the Opening Date. The Projected Prize is an estimate based on projected ticket sales. The actual amount of the Mega Draw prize value may be less.

Mega Draw Projected Prize:

• £2,000,000 cash prize;
• A credit line to spend on a car with a recommended retail price up to £125,000 at a car dealership of KYTTY’s choice;
• A voucher to spend with a travel agency of KYTTY’s choice to the value of £50,000; and
• A voucher to spend with a high street retailer of KYTTY’s choice to the value of £25,000.

If the aggregate value of paid entries for the Mega Draw, less the cost of our expenses, the Minimum Charity Donation (as set out in section 7), the aggregate value of the Bonus Draw prizes, any Exclusive Subscriber Draw prizes, and any applicable VAT is less than the aggregate value of the Projected Prize (set out at (a) to (d) above), then the prize awarded for the Mega Draw will be: 100% of Mega Draw paid entry sales, less the total value of all Bonus Draw Prizes, less any Exclusive Subscriber Draw prizes, less our expenses and any applicable VAT, less the Minimum Charity Donation; and paid as a cash prize only.

• Prizes for any Bonus Draws or Exclusive Subscriber Draws to be held during the Promotion Period will be as follows:

Bonus Draws 1-5:

Each winner will receive the cash sum of £1,000.

Prizes for any other Bonus Draws to be held during the Promotion Period will be detailed in a Bonus Announcement.

Exclusive Subscriber Draws:

Prizes for any Exclusive Subscriber Draws to be held during the Promotion Period will be detailed in a Bonus Announcement.

• KYTTY reserves the right to replace the prize with an alternative prize of equal or higher value if circumstances beyond KYTTY’s control makes it necessary to do so.
• Non-cash prizes: In addition to the restrictions or limitations set out in the Prize Draw Terms or any Bonus Announcement, the following restrictions, limitations or processes apply to any non-cash prizes during this Promotion Period: 

• • A voucher or gift card cannot be exchanged for cash.
• • Any underspend will not be credited in cash.
• • There may be a limited time period within which to spend the voucher and this will be confirmed to the winner on issue of the prize.

• Vehicles: In addition to the restrictions or limitations set out in the Prize Draw Terms or any Bonus Announcement, the following restrictions, limitations or processes apply to any prizes which are vehicles (or credit lines for vehicles) during this Promotion Period: 

• • Unless otherwise agreed by KYTTY, the Winner is responsible for collection of the vehicle from the dealership KYTTY has chosen.
• • KYTTY will explain the procurement process to the winner and will liaise with the dealership on behalf of the winner.
• • The winner will be able to choose from a selection of vehicles with a recommended retail price up to the value of the relevant prize.
• • No credit will be given if the winner selects a car with a lower recommended retail price.

• Cash: In addition to the restrictions or limitations set out in the Prize Draw Terms or any Bonus Announcement, the following restrictions, limitations or processes apply to cash prizes during this Promotion Period: 

• • The prize can either be paid into a debit account of your choice, which is in your name, or KYTTY can assist you to open a new account within which to deposit the prize.
• • The Winner shall follow any instructions from KYTTY regarding requirements for the Winner’s designated bank account to be verified, including a token transfer of £1.
• • Payment of the cash prize into the designated account is in full and final settlement of KYTTY’s obligation to pay the prize.
• Any brands or third-party retailers referred to on the Website or in these terms are for illustration or identification purposes only. No formal partnerships have been entered into with those brands and KYTTY does not claim any affiliation, sponsorship or endorsement by those brands.

7. Charity donation 

7. • Where we have announced on our Platforms a charity or charities with whom we have entered into an agreement to make a donation from the proceeds of the relevant Mega Draw (Charity Partner(s)), the amount of that donation will be calculated as set out in this section 7.
8. • We will make a guaranteed minimum donation to our Charity Partner(s) of £1,000 in aggregate, irrespective of the value of paid entries for the relevant Mega Draw (Minimum Charity Donation).
9. • If, after payment of the Mega Draw Prize, the Bonus Draw prizes, any Exclusive Subscriber Draw prizes, the cost of our expenses, the Minimum Charity Donationand any applicable VAT, there is a surplus from the value of paid entries for the relevant Mega Draw (Net Proceeds), we will donate an aggregate amount equal to 80% of the Net Proceeds to our Charity Partner(s).
10. • In the event that KYTTY has more than one Charity Partner, all donations will be shared pro rata between the total number of Charity Partners.

7. Claiming the prize 

7. • For each Prize Draw, potential winner(s) will be chosen by a random draw performed as set out in the Prize Draw Terms.
8. • For this Promotion Period, the random draw will be performed by RANDOM.ORG, using the Third Party Draw Service, details of which can be found here https://www.random.org/draws/.
9. • The process for claiming a prize is set out in the Prize Draw Terms.
10. • Unless a Winner has requested otherwise, KYTTY will endeavour to pay or arrange delivery of the relevant prize within 28 days of the relevant Draw Date, subject always to any third-party provider timelines or delays beyond KYTTY’s control.

7. General 

• • The decision of KYTTY regarding any aspect of a Prize Draw will be final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into about it.
• • We reserve the right to hold void, cancel, suspend, or amend any Promotion Period or Prize Draw where it becomes necessary to do so.
• • We can transfer our contract with you, so that a different organisation is responsible for becoming the promoter of the Prize Draws. We will tell you in writing if this happens and we will ensure that the transfer does not affect an ongoing Promotion Period.
• • You cannot transfer your rights under these Promotion Specific Terms or your Account with us to anyone else.
• • No person, other than the named Participant, has any rights under or to enforce these Promotion Specific Terms or any other Governing Document.
• • If a court invalidates some of these Promotion Specific Terms, the rest of the terms will still apply. If a court or other authority decides that some of these terms are unlawful, the rest will continue to apply.
• • Even if we delay in enforcing our rights under these Promotion Specific Terms or any other Governing Document, we can still enforce our rights later.
• • The Governing Documents and each Prize Draw are governed by English law and wherever you live you can bring claims against us in the English courts. If you live in Wales, Scotland or Northern Ireland, you can also bring claims against us in the courts of the country you live in. We can claim against you in the courts of the country you live in.
