KYTTY SUBSCRIBER TERMS

In these subscriber terms, we are Kytty Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales with registered number 16147394 and registered office at Cambridge House, 16 High Street, Saffron Walden, Essex, CB10 1AX (KYTTY, we, us, our).

KYTTY is the promoter of all prize draws on the website www.kytty.co.uk (Website) and the KYTTY app (once this is available to download) (App). In these terms, the Website and the App are together referred to as the Platforms.

You are an individual who has chosen to apply to become a subscriber to benefit from the subscription services that we offer (Subscriber), subject to these terms.

  1. There are other terms that may apply to you
    • These subscriber terms must be read together with each of the following:
      • our Website Terms of Use and Acceptable Use Policy;
      • our Privacy Policy; and
      • our Cookies Policy;

which, together with these subscriber terms, form the contract between a Subscriber and KYTTY for the provision of the subscription services.

  • In addition, any participation in a Prize Draw is governed by the following:
    • the Prize Draw Terms which apply to any prize Draw which operates on the Platforms;
    • the Promotion Specific Terms, which are referenced using the unique identifier applicable to the relevant Promotion Period; and
    • any Bonus Announcement, referenced using the unique identifier applicable to the relevant Bonus Draw or Exclusive Subscriber Draw.
  • Terms defined in the Prize Draw Terms are used in these subscriber terms.
  • We may amend these subscriber terms and the services from time to time to reflect changes in relevant laws and regulatory requirements or to make minor technical adjustments and improvements, for example to address a security threat. These are changes that will not affect your use of the services.
  • If we need to make more significant changes to the service or these terms, we will notify you in advance and you can then contact us to end the contract before the change takes effect in accordance with section 8.
  • Please review the terms regularly to stay informed of any updates or modifications. These terms were most recently updated on 3/5/2025.
  • We may update and change our Platforms from time to time to reflect changes to our offering, our users’ needs and our business priorities.
  1. You accept these terms
    • By applying to become a Subscriber, you confirm that you accept these subscriber terms and that you agree to comply with them.
    • If you do not agree to these subscriber terms, you must not apply to become a Subscriber.
    • We recommend that you print a copy of these terms for future reference.

  2. Eligibility
    • You may only apply to become a Subscriber if you are a resident in the UK aged 18 years or over, and you are not:
      • an employee, officer and/or shareholder of KYTTY or its holding or subsidiary companies;
      • members of the immediate families (meaning spouse, civil partner, child (including adopted and step children), parent (including legal guardians) or sibling) of (a) above or individuals residing at the same residential address as (a) above..
    • In applying to become a Subscriber, you confirm that you are eligible to do so and must ensure that the information you provide to KYTTY is complete and accurate.
      • If you are a Subscriber, you accept that you may be eligible for some Prize Draws and not others. Please carefully review The Prize Draw Terms for details of all eligibility requirements.
    • After you have subscribed, KYTTY reserves the right to ask you to provide such identification and other information as is necessary to prove your eligibility to become a Subscriber. This may include carrying out identity checks on you.
  3. Subscription Services
    • KYTTY offers different subscription tiers, each offering different benefits, including different numbers of automatic entries into Prize Draws. Full details of the subscription tiers can be found on the subscription pages (Subscription Services).
    • Full details of the Subscription Services that you have selected, including the exact number of automatic Prize Draw entries, will be explained to you during the checkout process and you can find this information in your Account.
  4. Duration and pricing
    • The pricing structure for each tier of Subscription Services can be found on the subscription pages and will be clearly displayed during the checkout process.
    • Your membership as a Subscriber will commence on the date that we confirm your initial payment has been successful (Subscription Date) and (unless confirmed otherwise by KYTTY to you in writing) will automatically renew on the first of each calendar month after that date, unless and until terminated by either you or KYTTY as set out in section 8
    • Unless confirmed otherwise by KYTTY to you in writing, recurring payments for the relevant subscription fee will be taken by Stripe on the first of each calendar month after the Subscription Date.
    • All prices are subject to change at the discretion of KYTTY, provided such changes are communicated transparently on the Platforms and Subscribers are given at least one months’ notice by email before the implementation of the change. If you are not happy with the increase, you can terminate as set out in section 8
  5. Subscriber Account
    • You must treat the log-in details and password for your Account as confidential. You must not disclose it to any third party.
    • We have the right to disable any log-in details or password, whether chosen by you or allocated by us, at any time, if in our reasonable opinion you have failed to comply with any of the provisions of these terms of service.
    • If you know or suspect that anyone other than you knows your log-in details or password, you must promptly notify us at technology@.
    • We do not guarantee that our Platforms, or any content on them, will always be available or be uninterrupted. We may suspend or withdraw or restrict the availability of all or any part of either or both of our Platforms for business and operational reasons. We will try to give you reasonable notice of any suspension or withdrawal.
  6. Prize Draw Entries
    • All Prize Draws will be conducted in accordance with the Prize Draw Terms and the relevant Promotion Specific Terms. Your entry into any Prize Draw is subject to the same terms.
    • Subject always to the Prize Draw Terms and the relevant Promotion Specific Terms, you will be entitled to automatic entry into the next Mega Draw, any Bonus Draws and (subject to eligibility) any Exclusive Subscriber Draws for which the Closing Date falls on or after your Subscription Date and for such time as you continue to be a Subscriber.
    • The exact number of entries per Prize Draw will be as explained to you during the checkout process and you can find this information in your Account.
  7. Termination
    • KYTTY may suspend your subscription, including access to your Account and entry into Prize Draws, or cancel your subscription where:
      • KYTTY determines that you are not eligible to be a Subscriber or entered into a Prize Draw;
      • where you are unwilling or unable to provide any information requested by KYTTY in accordance with section 4;
      • where KYTTY is not able to prove your identity; or
      • where you are in breach of these subscriber terms or any other terms which are applicable (as set out in section 1).
    • Your legal right to change your mind:
      • You have 14 days after the Subscription Date to change your mind and cancel. This is known as the “Cooling Off Period”. You can cancel until the earlier of:
        • the end of the Cooling Off Period; or
        • the Closing Date for any Prize Draw that you are entered into (automatically or otherwise) before the end of the Cooling Off Period, in which case you acknowledge that the services purchased will be deemed to have been provided and you lose the right to cancel under section 2.
      • If you are entitled to cancel and change your mind during the Cooling Off Period, please contact us by emailing info@ or fill in the online cancellation form.
      • Unless you have lost the right to cancel in accordance with section 2(a), we will refund you as soon as possible and within 14 days of you telling us that you have changed your mind. We will refund you by the method you used for payment. We do not charge a fee for the refund. You will not be eligible for entry into any Prize Draw and any entries that you have made during the Cooling Off Period will be void.
      • The right to change your mind and cancel does not apply to each automatic monthly renewal of your subscription.
    • You may cancel after the Cooling Off Period:
      • You may cancel your subscription at any time after the Cooling Off Period by emailing info@. No refund will be provided for any Promotion Period in which the notice to cancel is received, as you have had the benefit of entry into any Prize Draws during the relevant Promotion Period(s).
      • If a payment is taken for a Promotion Period which has not already started, that payment will be refunded and you will not be entered into any Prize Draws during that Promotion Period.
    • Termination by KYTTY:

If we decide to stop providing the Subscription Services, we will let you know at least 1 month in advance and we will refund any sums you have paid in advance for a Promotion Period which will not take place.

  1. Our responsibility for loss or damage suffered by you
    • We do not exclude or limit in any way our liability to you where it would be unlawful to do so. This includes liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence or the negligence of our employees, agents or subcontractors and for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.
    • We provide our Platforms for domestic and private use only. You agree not to use our Platforms for any commercial or business purposes, and we have no liability to you for any loss of profit, loss of business, business interruption, or loss of business opportunity.
    • Insofar as is permitted by law, KYTTY accepts no liability to any person (including but not limited to any responsibility for entries which fail to be made automatically or responsibility for the non-payment of a prize) due to:
      • any technical fault, technical malfunction, equipment failure, systems, satellite, network, server, app or website failure of any kind;
      • any event outside our control, such as war or threat of war, acts of terrorism, pandemic, epidemic, flood, drought, or other natural disaster, collapse of buildings, fire, explosion or accident, or interruption or failure of utility or telecommunications services;
      • something you could have avoided by taking reasonable action. For example, failure to keep your password or log-in details secure, the failure or malfunction of your own digital device or equipment, the failure or malfunction of your own internet or telecommunications connectivity, failure to keep your contact details up to date or any failure to respond to our communications.
  1. Data protection

Personal data supplied by a Subscriber will only be processed as set out in KYTTY’s Privacy Policy.

  1. General
    • We reserve the right to hold void, cancel, suspend, or amend any provision of services to you where it becomes necessary to do so or where you are in breach of these subscriber terms.
    • We can transfer our contract with you, so that a different organisation is responsible for providing the subscription services. We will tell you in writing if this happens. If you are unhappy with the transfer you can contact KYTTY to end the contract.
    • You cannot transfer your rights under these subscriber terms or your Account with us to anyone else.
    • No person, other than the named Subscriber, has any rights under or to enforce these subscriber terms.
    • If a court invalidates some of these subscriber terms, the rest of the terms will still apply. If a court or other authority decides that some of these terms are unlawful, the rest will continue to apply.
    • Even if we delay in enforcing our rights under these subscriber terms, we can still enforce our rights later.
    • If our supply of your subscription service is delayed by an event outside our control, we will contact you as soon as possible to let you know and do what we can to reduce the delay. As long as we do this, we won’t compensate you for the delay.
    • These subscriber terms are governed by English law and wherever you live you can bring claims against us in the English courts. If you live in Wales, Scotland or Northern Ireland, you can also bring claims against us in the courts of the country you live in. We can claim against you in the courts of the country you live in.
